Plans are moving forward to expand the district's main training complex with upgraded classrooms, rescue props, and apparatus support space. The project will allow Fire Responder to train more personnel locally while improving realism for suppression, EMS, and rescue scenarios.

Officials expect the expansion to improve readiness and reduce the need to send crews outside the district for key practical evolutions.
